The principal is so nice and will help you with anything possible in a split second. She is currently not involved in any extracurricular activities, but I am hoping that she will develop an interest within the next year or two. The staff is friendly and helpful and will meet with you any time you request it. I highly recommend SME to any Port Orange resident. C. This teacher is awesome. She exhibits caring, patience, control; she listens, observes, responds, instructs, corrects, disciplines; she guides and encourages each child....and each Tuesday I am amazed and thankful for her preparedness and expertise and am thankful that my grandson is in her class. A puzzle to me, though, is the absence of teacher aide's. Mrs. Gladden does an awesome job with only unskilled volunteers assisting; what other miracles could she accomplish with trained aides? It boggles the imagination!”
